Shows how much I am on the ball. Only just noticed your message from 12 months ago. Lol, sorry about that.
It is indeed me from Tung-Fu. Damn, that seems like a lifetime ago now.
From what I remember your name is Jun(spelling?). Hello there!

Just been reading up on your blog. Good stuff. Good to see how a lot of us old school people have moved into BJJ. I started training at Roger Gracie North Wales a couple of months back(which is featured on your excellent clubs of UK map). Was doing Judo for years before that. Managed to almost destroy my shoulder in a training accident 2 years ago(don't trust training partners with shaved heads. It always leads to trouble. Every muscle was torn, and all the tendons pulled off. Bones pulled apart. Not pleasant). Found the RG-BJJ club by accident. Is better than Judo because it alows us old men to train without fear of injury in every session.

Am living in North Wales as a sort of off shoot from Tung-Fu. When it was at it's height(before MattBla appeared an ruined it all), was working at Marconi in Cambridge. After the dotcom bubble burst, we had very little to do and with non-monitored interweb access, I spent the majority of the day on Tung-
Fu. Eventually the company went bust and I moved back to North Wales with the parents for a bit, as it was free. Got a job up here, and havent looked back.

Glad to see you are doing well. Have subsribed to the blog.

Sorry for the rambling post. It's Saturday and just got back from the pub.

    take care

    Tony
