Under Armor Compression Leggins (Heat, or Coldgear?)

Guys,

Im pondering grabbing a pair of these compression leggings:

Heatgear: http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/pr...1428797&page=5

Coldgear: http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/pr...1737059&page=1

The issue im having is I dont know which to get. Should I get the Heatgear, or the Coldgear?

The HeatGear® Action leggings from Under Armour® are designed to keep you cool and dry, even in extreme temperatures. The original "second skin" layer made with Under Armour Fabric™ features the signature Moisture Transport System and reliable compression.

I'd go with heatgear? :)

Main reason I asked was because since the seasons changing, Dicks mainly sells Coldgear in the stores now. So I figured since the Heatgear was to keep you cool, maybe the Coldgear was to keep you warm (in the cold seasons).

What are you using them for? If you're going to where them while training in class then I'd go with the heatgear.

I'll be wearing them under my board shorts to prevent sweaty guys from getting out of my guard sweeps.

Always check the Under Armor site before you buy from a store. Last year I got 3 rash guards for about $23 each because they were selling out of date stock. This might apply to changes in weather. And buy the heatgear for grappling unless your gym is really cold.

sweet, now i can use my retail knowledge on this board!!
i work for sports chalet which is just like dicks sporting goods and the Under Armour representatives come to the store and always give us clinics about their clothing.
Under Armour is all about regulating body temperature; making sure you're cool when its hot, and you're warm when it's cold. the cold gear leggings are meant to stop the cold from getting in while still wicking away the sweat and heat given out from your legs. while the heat gear is meant to keep you cool by wicking away heat and sweat away from the body. its not meant to protect you from the outside elements.

everyone has difference tolerances for coldness, so it's hard to say just get these. the best choice would most likely be the cold gear pants, that's what they're made for. but i know that our academy still gets foggy windows, and stuffy air while class is in session and rolling. keeping warm is never a worry in class. if its the same i'd say to try to get some heat gear leggings.

+1 on the HeatGear. I have about 6-7 pairs of HeatGear compression shorts and I refuse to train without them. I keep Under Armor in business with the amount of compression related clothing I have.

I wear the cold gear leggings to work outside in the winter and you'll sweat your butt off in them working out indoors and when that happens they become really uncomfortable.
